Does anyone know how best to convert the Headlights on a LHD 599 GTB to run in the UK where the dipped beam dips to the left as opposed to the right on a LHD car?

    Thanks,

    Ross.

The cutoff pattern is determined by a shield inside the projector mounted inside the housing. The shield is hinged at the bottom and angles down and forward when you activate the "high beams." If they weren't bixenon and only the low beams, it may be possible to take the headlight apart and flip the shield. The easiest thing to do would be to send the complete headlamp to someone and have them swap out the projectors. The projector itself (inside the headlamp housing and plastic trim) is more than likely a Hella or Bosch unit.

Some recent cars seem to have flat beams but since I know both 612 & 599GTO have to have lights replaced when LHD imported to UK (see threads in 599/612 section) that suggests there is no adjustment
