After releasing the throttle.....

    .....on my 355 the revs drop fairly quickly....but not instantly

    Unlike a 246 Dino that i drove where there really was instant throttle response...

    Is my 355 operating normally?
    Only driven mine so no way of knowing.

    There is no sticky peddle...i have renovated the accelerator pedal and the throttle control on the engine is well lubed.

    I could be wrong but I think this has more to do with the flywheel weight and I believe mine does not drop instantly but seems like a reasonable drop. What is your idle set at?

    Might want to check your bell crank bearing. It's what the throttle cable connects to (center of motor under the coolant tank. Mine was rusted and caused the throttle to stick.

    So what your saying is as previously described by us owners is that these 355 s always excite us in ways we have yet to experience!!!!!

    Glad everything worked out though.

    Engine is excellent

    I reckon they all behave like mine
