    I am working on a car that needs CV boot replacement. It was reported that the Porsche 930 boots would fit, they do not. If anyone has a specific Porsche part number please post it.

    I think of you read far enough int he parts interchange page it list another just. Did mine and ordered two kits for all four boots from them. They are in New Jersey. Forget name though.

    found the reference. 1979-1983 Porsch 930 CV Boot, Let's see if it fits...

    It doesn't. Quit screwing around Mitch and just get the CV boot kit form Superformance. Comes with all clamps, grease, end caps. :)

    Why would you order something from the UK that is on the shelf (and likely cheaper) at the local parts store? Also available from multiple places on the internet with "free shipping".

    Nothing magical about CV boots.

    Porsche (and a few other cars) use the same parts.

    The 930 boot referenced does not fit. Plus, you still need the clamps and the grease and replacing the end cap is a good idea as well. The same kit is available in the US from CV Boot Complete Kit- 70000868: Ferrari 32 Part For 360 550 575M 599 612 F355 F430.
