    Well, 512 TR and Mondial would be about the same price in absolute dollars. (Less if converted to 2014 dollars.)

    Others... might be a tad more.

    I was there about that time. I wonder if the Europa was Paul Forbe's.........that was a sweet car, and very very original. There was a big scuff mark on the passenger side roof.

    Dollar has fallen by 80% since 1997. In real terms cars have gone down in price.

    Actually it wasn't the prices so much as the models that impressed me - how many 250/275 variants in ONE showroom at one time???

    Interesting that back in 1997 a GTO was worth more than an F40.

    I always thought they were valued less after the F40 was introduced and have only moved towards the top of the list within the last 10 years.
