Thank you! I thought black was kinda cool, something different, especially the crema seats. I put new black floor mats in too that really set off the light parts. I'll get pix and video for sure when it's home! Getting impatient!
Yea, mine is going for an engine out in Nov. I was trying to wait for the crappy Ohio weather so I would not miss it too much. I'm at 12900 miles. It will be its 3rd engine out due to time. Seems redundant but guess it's what they need. Be eagerly awaiting those sound clips. Am considering some Fabspeed headers and just storing my OEM ones in the basement. I also already have a TUBI. I know it's a 348 vs a 355 but I imagine the sound is comparable.

No biggie. I've got just over 31K miles and the motor's due to come out next year. Guess I'll find out soon enough.
It doesn't sound all that much different except a little more shrill and angry as the RPM's rise. Good luck with the black beauty... and there is no need for comparison to the F355, as the 348 is a remarkably good car in it's own right and has a great sound. Mark
Just picked her up today from the shop! Wow..... The bill was way more than I expected! I guess better than missing anything and damaging the heads if that bearing would have failed! New Fabspeed cat bypass pipes sound awesome though!!!! Definitely feels a lot quicker. I'll work on a video sound clip...
