Your newlywed wife comes back to the apartment after a day of house hunting and her first words are "you are gonna LOVE the garage it's bigger than the house". It wasn't, but only missed by 75 sq ft, it did have 16ft ceilings though. We bought the garage, I mean house, lived there for 8 years and I still miss that garage every day.
