I'm not so sure I would want to see some of my landings from the outside. They are bad enough from the inside. Closed pull ups on the other hand...I would love to see my departure end, crisp and aggressive (as aggressive as you can get in a business jet anyway, and within -1 limits, of course) closed patterns from the outside.
Not really, if you are doing it like that on purpose you screwed up. We just happened to be stuck in holding for a long time and did it to get on the deck in a hurry.

Yeah. Touching down on the centerline isn't even the hard part. It's keeping it in the vicinity of it on rollout. Seriously challenging. Every landing has my full attention.
