    Question prior to pulling my valve covers off. Do all 4 cams have a TDC mark? I use the TDC 1 exhaust to set up my timing, to hit TDC #1 and turn 90 degree for #5. Since I have such trouble with my idle I am hoping I am off a tooth for the other 3 cams just to have a reason for the terrible idle problems I have.

    You start with TDC compression stroke on Cylinder 1.
    While the crank is at that position, you line up all four cams so that the marks on the cams line up with the marks on the caps (all four, both banks).
    You install the two belts. Tension the belts.
    Technically you are done, You do not turn the crank 90 degrees to install the second belt.

    That's for installing the distributors (not the cams, as Mitchell noted).
