Any titanium in the carbon fiber, Napolis?
Well-done article. The 60s and 90s are my favorite era of racing with "streetable" race cars with performances that are still relevant today. Though I sometimes envy the folks who were there to experience the 60s cars in-period, the 90s has been my peak involvement in racing. Jim, I applaud and admire your efforts with SCG 003/003C. I'll be rooting for you.
Assuming you can talk about it at this point: -- Do you use one type of weave/carbon, or a variety? -- If many, do they all share the basic proprietary make-up, or do you use off the shelf stuff as well? -- Are the relevant regulations in the public domain? If so, do you have a link?

Jim, I just read through this thread and just "WOW"!!! Thanks for sharing another outrageous adventure with us all. There was so much to take in. When I read about the "dark shark"...how it was difficult to see P4/5C in the dark, this popped into my head: LumiLor Makes Tesla Model S Into Crazy Electric Light Show: Video I don't know how heavy this stuff is. Or how much power it draws. But it's very interesting! All the best, Manny
Color choice sounds perfect. I hope put your own modernized spin on the historic colors though. Maybe some kind of pearlescent white and a unique shade of blue for the stripe. Possibly something with a "translucent" effect to show off the carbon fiber underneath? This car sounds like a combination of old school privateer spirit mixed with modern high(est) tech execution. The details of the color scheme should certainly reflect that.
