    I would love to see someone near Charlotte take there 348 or 355 out and stomp these rednecks. I'm to far away or I would give it a go. Anyone else have any comments.

    The tv guys that is.

    I'm a redneck.. have a go at me!!! You would be very disappointed.. Ferrari are nice.. but not anywhere near fast...even with TT or whatever else you put on them.. Modern V8's are not the 70's people like to think about.. i shift mine at 7800...which was the one thing that the eruo cars had on domestics..

    Yeah, sure if they pick a car that has an engine within 50% of the size of mine and is completely streetable with full interior and working a/c. I watched the show once and they put a 700hp caged out car against a stone stock m6, so nowhere near a fair fight. You'd need that twin turbo 355 challenge to give them a real fight.

    Those cars are made up contraptions that have absolutely NO relation to the original car except like 2 pieces of sheet metal. As above.. its not a fair fight and they're not going to want it to be. 100% scripted.

    I don't know guys but a 300 hp wrx subaru almost beat them all so I figured a stock 355 or 348 with a few mods and some of the guys on here who race a lot would probably make for a good show plus we would all get to see it on tv. That's the best part.

    Like I said originally would still be neat to see a good driver in a ferrari of some kind give them a good show.

    I wasn't sure what a redneck was (I live in Spain) but recently they started showing a program called Duck Dynasty or something like that here on one of the satellite channels and now I want to be one...

    My buddy was on the show in his audi A3. If I recall he was spanking the redneck but his car had an issue. I will have to ask him what the details were
