Impo kimi will not be part of the team next the only reason Noone talks about in the press is no one wants him . He didn't get paid at lotus or when he ran in nascar he has no market value . There is not doubt Alonso is an incredible driving talent, but I will be glad when he leaves Ferrari.
I first lost respect for him in 2007 when he could not handle Hamilton as a teammate and intentionally interfered with Hamilton's qualifying at the Hungarian Grand Prix.
Throughout 2007, Alonso was competing in the McLaren while fully aware the team had the benefit of illegally obtained data/technology/information from Ferrari. Alonso provided email and written information to the FIA in exchange for immunity on this point.
Then, while driving for Renault at the 2008 Singapore Grand Prix, Alonso is intentionally short fueled (having started 15th on the grid), pits early on lap 12, and takes the lead of the race when Piquet, Jr. intentionally crashes per team orders. I have no doubt Alonso was aware of the strategy. Briatore (his manager) protected his driver/client and Alonso was allowed to skate with the victory and his reputation intact. Meanwhile, Massa was leading the race in his Ferrari and finished 13th and out of the points because of the intentional crash. We all know Massa (Ferrari) would ultimately lose the 2008 WDC by 1 point.
So, at least for me, Alonso will not be missed at Ferrari.

Yes, it always puzzles me how Alonso was fully exonerated for what must have been a team tactic. He didn't seem to have questioned why his tank was not full to the brim on the start line; proof to me that he was part of the conspiracy.

I try not to make people mad I should proof read over my posts . But it turn kimi didn't get paid by his nascar supporters and I think he suing lotus for not getting paid . So Impo kimi is one of the luckiest men on earth because a person paid him to leave and later the same person paid him to come back . I wish my employer would pay me to leave that would be great

 

Well informed Brazilian press member Americo Teixeira Jr has affirmed that Alonso is headed to McLaren next year. Contracts are signed (both with Ferrari and McL)...
