    Mezger derived engines, were used in various configurations, in many air and water cooled 911 type cars.

    Let us know what they offer in trade. I'd love a DD 997T.

    Scaledetails has one for sale here which he can't give away even at $55k. His does have much higher miles than the OP.

    the last mezger blocks were in the '13 cup. the last production mezger blocks were in the '11 gt3rs 4.0s.

    The last meager turbo was 09. I have an 07. It's a car to be driven. All the turbos up to the 993 are now collectible. Water cooled turbos, not so much.

    Not going anywhere but down, but it's not going down very fast anymore. In the last 4 years the 997 Turbos have only dropped maybe $20-30K. Was looking at a 2008 convertible back in 2010 and I almost bought one for $99K.

    I think you can get somewhere from $60-70K private sale based on eBay numbers. A quick sale too IMO given the mileage and condition. They''ll probably low ball you on the trade. Decide on the number you want, make it a Buy It Now on eBay and sit back.
