    So I remember the first time I ever saw the 355. I did not even know it existed. I was a Valet at a huge wedding somewhere near Rumson NJ.

    There it was. I stared at it so long I almost got canned from my first day as a valet. It was 1997.

    Boss man:

    "What the hell are you doing?! Get back in line!!!! God where do I find these people?!"

    Now I am a Therapist, and I own a 1997 F 355. Blue Swaters Metallic 513 to be exact. Tan interior, blue top.

    I am quite obsessed with the 355. I think it's the sexiest car ever made. Best sounding too. What a combo.

    I personally like them best in Blue, though all colors are....phenomenal.

    So I am starting this thread to answer a question I've had for a LONG TIME. 17 years, to be exact. How many blues are there for the 355?

    I WANT TO SEE EVERY BLUE EXAMPLE OF A 355 THAT WAS EVER MADE FROM THE FACTORY OR BEYOND.

    I am starting with mine:

    Blue Swaters Metallic 513.

    Post your EXACT color, if possible.

    Great thread Brian. I almost bought a TDF blue 355. Beautiful car.

    What I especially like about the Blues is in the Spiders they made a blue top. It was necessary as black would have sucked and I don't think a beige would have worked. The blue works and the spiders are amazing!!!

    My car is Swaters Blu with black top and I like it that way. Goes well with the black Challenge grill. I have also seen Swater Blu with a tan top. That doesn't work, IMPO.

    The window sticker doesn't list any options, and the top appears original. Nothing in the records about changing the top. My car is listed in the 355 registry by a prior owner as having a black top. Most listed are blue though. Only the 95s have black or blue. All the 96 and 97 listed have a blue top. I like it. That's all that matters. Makes a nice contrast.

    Dark blues are no longer common colours for cars in the US. A Blu Swaters F355 is one classy car.

    The first 355 I saw was this color with white interior and a blue top. It was awesome, has been burnt in mind ever since. I want a spider, hopefully within the next few years.
