Has anyone had a bad experience with them? Just curious. They tried to screw me post sale on a Ferrari, but I am much smarter than they thought I was. I have bought more than 40 Ferraris and Lambos in the past but never encountered a dealer like that.

Just want to alert anyone buying a car from them. They tried to screw me post sale on a Ferrari. Very clever scam. Make sure you don't purchase sight unseen with them. Beware.

GREAT dealership, have interacted with them many times. Would not hesitate to buy from them.

Now if you want to talk about FOH....TOTALLY different, would not buy an air freshener from them...yuck.

Better watch out pulling out the scam word on a great dealership. Everyone makes mistakes and has dis-satisfied clients, but LOH has earned mine and most other exotic fans in Houston's respect.

I'm considering them for a future Lambo purchase. Can you be more specific?

And, from my understanding the issue has been sorted.

Stephane, you may want to post clarifying all is good.

The parts department has always been very helpful but from being in dealers I know the 2 departments can be totally different.

Can you elaborate on why their scam was so clever?

You are making a very serious accusation. You owe it to them to back it up....sooner than later.

If you can't do that the thread needs to be deleted.

To just put just put your accusation out there is not OK.

Agreed, it's not fair to make such remarks without being 100% prepared to back them up.

Relax everyone...... The purpose of this thread was to find out if anyone else had been scammed by them. Not sure if LOH or Indigo, but my main concern was "did I make a mistake trusting them to their word"? Other than family members or friends replying here, I am still unsure.
I pulled the trigger on a car sight unseen based on their "description". I later found out it had been misrepresented and one of them tried to make me pay more than what we agreed on. After a discussion with the GM, I think this may be resolved, but I won't know that for sure until I get the car here.
For those that don't know me, I am not the type that likes to get scammed. I don't mind paying and never had a problem paying more than others in certain cases because I get what I want., but this isn't my first purchase, and I will legally take down those that try to take advantage of my kindness, period.

  21. I would have preferred you get the details (no pun intended) together before parading a thread such as this around, like a captured war criminal.

I have learned that a plane ticket is so cheap compared to the aggravation of a disagreement.

Hard to have a right to complain if you don't go and see the car, regardless of the sellers reputation.

Hope Todd brings the hammer down on a guy like this, crying scam on condition when he's never even seen the car.
