    What part of Scottsdale are you staying in? Scottsdale is very narrow (east to west) but very long (north to south).

    Staying at the Scottsdale Resort and Convention Center. An older property and not one that we will choose again, however, the food here is actually pretty good. Decided to do day trips and thus far, Sedona has been very nice. We will go there again and spend a few days at the Sky Ranch (in a "Rim" room) which is located at the Sedona Air Port.

    We also spent time in Jerome and had a fabulous lunch at the Grand Hotel along with spectacular views from that location.

    Have really enjoyed driving in Scottsdale and the surrounding area. Great roads, highway system, and everyone gets with the program on traveling well above the posted speed limits which is nice along with very little to no road litter. We are impressed!

    Not sure what the next few days will bring and we are excited to get out for more. Might head back to Sedona and meet with a Realtor.

    Will end up visiting a friend that lives in Sun City West.

    The weather is fantastic!

    Think for future extended visits, may rent a place for a couple of months and ship a car out rather than rent some POS.

    If you have any other suggestions, will be appreciative for your direction.
