Looks pretty cool. Double check the length of those wheel locating pins. Too long and they will punch thru the wheel. Don't ask how I figured this out.

The supercharger build is over due to a seller that wasn't honest about how much machine work was left. The seller was not Mark.

I'm buying a plenum and intake from a junk dealer to modify for fuel injection, all original parts will be saved.

Sorry to hear about the SC let down. It did look pretty cool in your mockup pictures. It looks finished in the pics. Curious what was needed to be done. Regardless the engine looks awesome!

Didn't get into the details, bottom line was more money and time and I want the car in Italy in May. I guess I'll just have to settle for my 1,000 horse power Testarossa.

Engine back in, rear heat shield cleaned up. Wade is currently looking for injectors that will flow the right amount and take the least amount of machining; remember we are using take off parts for machining, all original parts are being stored.

If this helps, on my QV, I'm running 19lbs injectors designed for a Ford 302 HO Windsor engine.

When I install the supercharger, I will replace them with 30lbs injectors. (Supercharger will be "geared" for 2 BAR pressure and 360 HP.)

Kit from 928 Motorsports. Purchased it Dec 2014. I will start to conversion later this month after I do a belt / tensioner service. Installation looks straight forward. I figure there will be about $1000 in parts/ machining over and above the cost of the kit (new injectors, 2-bar MAP sensor, pressure gauge, drill stock damper, misc. "stuff", as well as, some dyno time for final tuning).

I assume you will be installing a intercooler as well. When you compress 70 F air at 1 atmosphere to 2 bars absolute, you are talking about 70 degree F air ramping up to 185 F. My SC AMG Mercedes has that pressure rise and has an intercooler.

Initially, no intercooler. I'm only going to 7lbs pressure, so an intercooler not needed. Plus, my car has dual oil coolers mounted up front and a 3qt Accusump - engine has always run cool, even on the track. (But I do have an intercooler on the shelf for future consideration).
    One step at a time.
