    Start with sliding it in low speed corners, once you're comfortable, try bigger and bigger yaw angles, but with sticky tires and downforce (and a mid-engine formula car), it won't be that sideways, then work your way up to medium speed corners, and then confidence in faster corners.

    Drifting or sliding isn't fast in formula cars, especially in medium-highspeed corners.

    btw, I will be in miami during feb and would like to do some track days but wont have a car. are there any track cars available to rent? can you coach? pbi or homestead?

    There's Rebel Rock Racing who I do some work with, they rent out Cayman & 911s, including some of the cars they race in the IMSA Continental Tire series and can run at PBIR, Sebring, Homestead, Daytona, etc... There are a lot of track days going on down here.
