Just wanted to give Daniel a massive thumbs up!! Not knowing the time difference between the U.S. and down under I e mailed him for a quote at 4.30 am US time and hey presto 10 minutes later he replied with prices!!! Anyway after several messages I got my 30k service kit as well as a couple of other things. I e mailed a uk company two days ago and I'm still waiting on a response so guess what, from now on Daniel will be getting all my business in the future regardless of cost! You can't put a price on customer service.

    Thanks Daniel

Daniel/Ricambi are a great source for Ferrari parts & knowledge (previously a 348 enthusiast/owner). Daniel/Ricambi's extra attention to detail & effort = customer loyalty!

Ordered from Ricambi once, couldn't be happier or more satisfied. If I didn't live so far away from the US and didn't have to pay absurd taxes when items arrive in Europe, I wouldn't look anywhere else in the world for Ferrari parts. Congratulations for a job well done for everyone at Ricambi and thank you!

    Kind regards,

    Nuno.

No other Ferrari parts vendor compares...some are good, some are bad

But Daniel is in a league of his own...

I first spoke to Daniel years ago when he was firing up Ricambi,....we discussed google Adwords and online marketing. He's a great supplier and a better guy.

Nothing but positive to report. Ordered an oil change kit, filter had a dent. Emailed Daniel and new one sent.

Minor pet peeve, just an email edict rant: In business, I prefer to be addressed by name in an email but that's just a personal pet peeve - it does not make him a bad guy so please don't bring on the flames :)

I'm finding in the efficiency of emails and especially now most are using mobile devices for email, who needs an extra 2 lines when the NAME is in the header. :D

You made me curious so I went to check and you're right, many many email exchanges with Daniel and he indeed goes right to the point without the name.

That's it, I changed my mind, I'm starting a Ricambi sucks thread LOL!!!!

Well, as I said, it's a pet peeve and not a reflection on Daniel. In business, I feel it's the right thing to do and I get plenty of business emails which I respond to from a mobile device and I always address my customers by name. Now, if we start going back and forth over the same topic, in a short period, I then (and then only) may drop the greeting because the greeting has already been established.

I will never feel or be convinced otherwise that it's not proper edict.

Nothing but positives when it comes to dealing with Ricambi. Awhile back I ordered some skid plates which were lost in shipping. After being ignored and given the run around by the post office for several weeks they (the post office that is) suggested I go door to door and see if any of my neighbors had received them by mistake. I finally called Ricambi spoke with Daniel and he sent another set out right away with out any fuss.

I have a similar story. I emailed him at 4am eastern US time a couple months ago and he replied in 5 minutes. I thought it was a bounce back email when I first saw it. I was very happy to see it was Daniel. Every experience with them has been fantastic.
