Embossing fenders for shields?

    I think Tim meant he has a front and back, 2 pieces but one die. It would need to be 3 axis machined. Not a hard part but not gravy either......

    And, you get one shot to use it, meaning if it's not straight, you are done. Nothing like a crooked shield on the fender.

    How about making a mold off a pair of factory fenders (euro fender) and getting them made in carbon fiber? This would gaurantee the indentation will be in the correct location and save weight at the same time.

    Nice Dazzling! Mine are similar but with a layer of rubber between. May actually be a magnet as I haven't into the fender well yet. Pulled, but they were on strong so I am still not sure. Don't want to wreck anything.

    Ebay. Not sure if they are out there anymore. If you dont find any, let me know. I might consider selling them. They go for about $450 shipped new.
