Thanks guys, So I have a faulty water temp sensor, that make sense. I have also checked the fuel pressure, it is running 2 bar on both sides, I think it should run at 3 bar, the original system was manufactured by EFI technology in Italy, I have contacted them to confirm the pressure, then I will by a pair of regulators.

Finally the engine is set up the way it should.

Prof Indra drove the car while Ovi tunes the Haltech on the road (after dyno session).
Tony did some driving later on and I finally drove it for the first time on the road.

    Some interesting notes:
    1. From idle to about 3000 rpm it feels like any other car. Above 4000 rpm it really SCREAMS and pulls really hard ! Nice.
    2. IMHO the gearbox is a close ratio. Properly spaced and very good.
    3. Two speakers on the roof is enough. I can't hear the music above 3000rpm anyway :p
    4. Gear shifter is so far away, feels like in a different ZIP code from the driver. Well, mine is RHD and I think this car was setup as an LHD.
    5. Clutch is light and nicely set, not high. I like it.
    6. Brakes are much better than a few weeks ago. It bites now.
    8. AC is mediocre, hahaha. No surprise, the AC tech cannot fit anything bigger.
    9. Turning circle is zh!t ! I can't believe I have to calculate the distance every time I want to turn ... especially turning right. Somehow turning left is a bit better. Gotta check in that later. The car was converted by Prodrive from LHD to RHD, maybe the LHD steering rack is the cause. Feels like navigating a battleship in Jakarta traffic.
    10. Suspension is good. I feel this is better than my M5.
    11. Minor engine sensor problem and electrical relay problem in one of the twin batteries. Fixing that next week.
    12. If I put too much fuel it spills out on medium/hard left hand turn. Hmmm...
    13. Fixing the steering wheel position (which is a bit tilted to the left) is not a 3 minute job like in any other car. No surprice
    14. Fuel consumption ? Don't know and I don't wanna know. I'm pretty happy that OPEC did not cut production last week.
    15. The car does not attract attention. This is good. One guy was asking "What car is this?" when we fill up on Shell station.
    16. I CANNOT read the Speedometer and Tachometer at night ! Very bad lighting on this VDO (Is it VDO? They are really bad).
    17. Coolant overflow every time we turn off the engine. Is this normal ?
    18. This is a big SUV, but all we have is 4 economy class size seats ? Quite cramped or should I say fitted interior ?

All the small things aside, it is a GREAT car ... err.. truck.
Great Power, nice suspension, nice handling, plus there is nothing else like it on the road.

    I LOVE IT.

Thanks for Tony, Indra, Agus and Ovi for the hardwork. Great team.
Funny that a projected 6 months restoration turns out to be 20 months :)
This is my first restoration project and I am very happy with it.

After on-the-dyno tune, we tested the car in bad Jakarta traffic and some clear toll road. The front extra fans work flawlessly. The water temp is always between 85-92 celcius. AFAIK European engines are always operating at around 92-96 celcius. Mine runs a bit cooler. (??) Ambient temp was around 32-35 celcius.

We are planning to replace the engine fan with SPAL 16-inch electric fan. It should be better than the current 7000 rpm metal fan blade.
