Hey Josh, Haven't seen you around lately. Car looks good! Just an FYI your wheels are on backwards. The flat part of the spoke leads with the angle following....check out the other pics in this thread. Take car. Stephen.
True story , at the grocery store one day last summer , lady looks at the rear horse on my 348 and says " wow , is that the new mustang " .
Oh! Your kidding me? After all of the servicing you just put into it? You just got it where you wanted it LOL. I typically hang out from time to time at the Pavilions show on Indian Bend Rd / 101. They do it every Saturday. Short of a few friends that I know here that have F-cars, mine usually the only one there. I go for the cars, don't care what people think about my car other than the kids! Its good to pass that Italian torch onto the next generation.
Haha.. yes I know about the wheels. Initially the odyssey began with the front wheels flipped backwards when I put 2 new tires on the front a couple years ago when I got the car and they didn't realize that they did that. I just never took a Saturday to turn them back around. NOW when the 30K service was just completed (which is why you haven't seen me for about 10 weeks) was finished, they rotated the others in backwards also. So now I have to fix all 4 next time I go in! ...maybe with the problem multiplied by x4 I will be more motivated to do it!
I know, I know.. Not sure yet. Having too much fun racing my M Roadster and barely drive it. Of course if I sell it prices will go up fast like my 308 GT4 did! :-( I used to do pavilions but I got burned out of the muscle cars after so many Barrett Jackson car auctions and I see so many different cars at the cars and coffee events now. I'll have to try to make another one and park near you! I hardly ever see 348's even at car shows which is fun!
Indeed you will probably want to punch a baby when you sell it and see it roar by on the highway. Keep it! Where do they hold the C&C here in the valley? Yes, there are a lot of old school cars, ricer boxes, Mustangs and Vette's galore. But there are the cool cars that rotate through also. Last time I was there they had an original BMW M1. That was pretty awesome. Now that I have the car back finally after over 2 months in mothballs at the shop I am sure I will roll up there again this weekend.
Yeah you're probably right! C&C is usually in Scottsdale two locations. At Scottsdale Ferrari and another weekend at Gainey ranch shopping center off Scottsdale rd and via de Ventura. I can't make it saturday but maybe next weekend?
