The Borrani wheels on the car looks great. I cant wait to have mine. It's on a ship from Australia and it will get here to Hong Kong on the 6th of Jan.
Tom Yang drove down yesterday to put his hands on it.. Here is a picture he took.. Image Unavailable, Please Login
That truly is a nice looking car. Great job! What was the color again? I'm going to repaint mine from red to blue also.
OMG!!! This thing is taking forever... Was missing the under carriage radiator cover, which I was able to get one from Eurospares for $700... Still need a dam key for the car. The one it came with was broken and we are having a hell of time finding the proper blanks to use.. The guy doing the resto, Tom, took the car to the Donald Trump Concourse in Charlotte NC and it got 2nd place... Not too bad... Mike, Tom knows C/4's well, not only through restoration work. He joined me on a 3,000 mile jaunt a couple of years ago as my co-pilot. The second time that we have made the long trip to Elkhart Lake together. He took the wheel several times and enjoyed the experience. The car never let us down - even blasting through heavy thunderstorms. He will tell you that it is a great ride. Cheers, Sam
Hi Mike Looks like it was worth the wait.... absolutely stunning. The color choice is perfect. If you are ever up Prescott Az. way, give me a shout. You'd be amazed at the number of cool vintage Ferraris in town.
Sam, nice picture, love the comparison with the 575 in the background, modern interpreation of the same side line.... Kindest, Jürgen
Mike, congrats, spectacular car and in generally so long in the shadow of the Daytonas.... Exceptional colour combination, especially with the Borrani wheels. A real concours canidate! Kindest from the newer counterpart, Jürgen Image Unavailable, Please Login
