Are you telling us that there are three 550s in Fresno??????? :)
Ross- You have more in your city than I do in our city, and that's surprising to me as Fresno was the third hardest hit metropolitan city in the Nation during the recession with an unemployment rate of 17% and a housing value drop of over 30%. Usually the first thing that goes is the cars. It ranked in the top 10 of all cities hardest hit in the U.S. Of course I'm not telling you anything that you didn't already know, but nice recovery... Love the litter... Edit: I didn't realize that your population was over a half million.
Its all a matter of personal opinion but I really don't like how that 575 has been modified almost beyond recognition. To me its like taking a beautiful design and destroying it, but again, different people different tastes.
I fully agree, it looks more like a kit-car to me... But as you said, it's a matter of taste and fortunately not everybody has the same taste.
Another less modified, in this case 550. But this one is really used for racing.. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I do miss her. I'm not sure I'd call the 599 a substitute. It is a different car.She (575) was perfect and had no issues for the eight years+ we owned her. The 599 raises the juices differently but, I must admit, the weather has crashed as it does every January and so our learning curve on the new car is held up until better days. I will say this. We took the 599 on the same road we liked with the 575. I found I had to pay more attention in the curves and watch my speed a bit more before I had the feel of the car. We're locked in until we get better weather, rain and get rid of the salt. I can tell you better then. Kind regards.
A repost. Ignoring wheels and body colour how can you improve on the looks of this car? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Put scuderia shields on the front fenders... Just kidding Know u hate those things Looks great 👍
Personally I've never been a huge fan of the blacked out stealth rims but then that's just my personal taste. I prefer the natural aluminum coloured rims myself. My 575 is the same Argento Nurburgring as yours but the rims make it look so different, better in my opinion. Though I am sure many would prefer your black rims as they seem to be more popular these days.
real racing with five-lug wheels? BTW the Prodrive 550s were a more attractive 'racing' interpretation of the Maranello's design perfection. IMHO.
