This is a Ferrari 246GT Dino year 1972. Needs to be restored. The car is 95% complete of parts. The chassis has been restored by Ferrari Classiche.

How do you sell a car if you won't respond to potential purchasers?

I sent Gary Bobileff a message about his unrestored Dino, no response. Sent him a message about a year ago about a Boxer, no response. How are these people selling cars? I sent a guy a message about a $100k rover, no response. I want to be able to sell six figure cars without trying. Sweet gig.

Some people do not sell items, but exhibit a picky attitude about which persons are eligible for receiving the grace to be allowed to give their money to them ;).

You will be amazed, this strategy indeed works *loooool*.

A Ferrari main dealer in Germany dealt with me similarily (not knowing my person). I had written them to send me a purchase contract for one of their cars (unseen, I do not need to test drive a car, about which I know how it drives). Not heard for a week, phoned them and was then told "sold to someone else". Afterwards they apparently learned from another dealer that I am no timewaster. Since then and for years they frequently send me promotion material, invitations, etc. However, they will never ever have me as a customer.

Gentlemen, Might I suggest that you contact him, as opposed to him reading your posts? I have always had great luck in getting his attention via PM. I do not think he checks in here often, but perhaps he is set up to be notified if he gets a message.

    Or something.

I received some detail on this. Car is missing more than 5 percent of parts. No doors no bumpers and a few other items as well. Roof is a mess. Where would one even find doors for a 246. Figured over 100k just in parts. Imo. Made offer no response.

Dennison in Puyallup could do it, although your $100k estimate may be tested.

I think the more serious absent sections are the fiberglass tubs which are structural and complicated as attach points for everything from instruments to bodywork.

$165k for this might prove a good investment to recover parts needed here
