My 360 top is having a hard time going up.It seems to stall 1/2 way up and then goes real slow I want to check the fluid. 2 questions do you check it when the top is up or down and what type of fluid is recommended. I have seen previous post on how to check it but and any suggestion would be appreciated Cheers Normcars
