OK fellas, thank you for all the cabinetry responses, now onto lights: I'll have three areas of the shop (100x50): Area 1: 40 x 50 with a 25ft ceiling Area 2: 40 x 50 with an 18ft ceiling Area 3: 20 x 50 broken into 2 levels for storage and/or apartment, etc. so totally different type of lighting and we don't need to discuss. Since the ceilings are so high and I don't want to be getting out and up on ladders/scaffolding, give me some suggestions...
I was thinking of getting these Bigass shop lights. Made by the same company that makes Bigass Fans. They also make versions intended for high bays and high ceilings like aircraft hangars. Does anyone have these and can comment on them? They certainly look easy to install in place of common fluorescent garage lighting fixtures. Big Ass Fans 2 ft.
