Frequency Intelligent offers the best exhaust system for Speciale compare to other brand like Novitec capristo that also produce exhaust system for Speciale . FI is the best one I've beard so far. Getting it soon . Highly recommend this brand !! Sounds like a raw v12 ! Get it if the exhaust of the Speciale disappoint u .

That's one heck of a bold statement to post as fact. Do you have dyno numbers, weight comparisons, db levels, reliability comparisons, ownership of said systems or anything else that backs up your claims? I'm not with any of the mentioned companies, but when you post something like this, and don't do it in a subjective way, you need to back it up. If you don't have any facts that proves your claims, you should not discredit the other manufactures.
If you think this is the one that sounds the best, great. But that does in no way shape or form make it the best in general.

All, I will chime in as the car in the youtube video is my car.

In the video my set up was IPE headers, cat bypass and Fi Rear section/tips

I actually just installed last night the 1st IPE rear section to my car and will be taking vids for sound clips this weekend. Taking it to a FOG drive and Thunderhill raceway.

This way I will be able to tell you the sound difference between both systems.

    Stay tuned!

What about the Novitec exhaust for the speciale? What would you say (from all the after market exhausts) resembles more the old V8 high pitch F1 sound?

    Thanks for the input ;)

I have the Full Inconel Novitec Exhaust system with 100-cell cats and extremely happy with the sound and performance. Here is a not-so-good video of my car on the track

Any CEL warnings on the dash?
How many dB is it, sounds fabulous; but seriously loud.

I am waiting for the IPE. Just trying to decide on cats or no cats. My mechanic is at Daytona working in the team's 458. I'll sit with him and make that decision next week. I really havnt driven my car that much because the sound is so disappointing. So needless to say I'm anxious to put the system on!

No, I don't know the weight of the Novitec system but my version with the 100cell cats, including everything (manifolds, exhaust, cats, etc) it's advertised as 20kg less than the original exhaust system.

Where is everyone e buying their exhausts?

A search turned up nothing for Novitec in the USA and Capristo website only listed wheel spacers for the Speciale.

    Hi everyone.

Well there is no clear winner as each person I've met likes each one.

the Fi I had was loud and high pitched.. Less throaty then the new IPE.

For now I'm going to stick with the IPE as I have their headers etc..

So my Fi Exhaust that lists for $6999 with blue tips I will sell for only $4K. i will post in the for sale section.

If anyone is interested please PM me.

    thank you!

My speciale arrives in April, I will definitely put an exhaust on it, but am not just about how loud it screams. I love the V8 howl, but want a bit more bite in the top end sound with out too much of a compromise on the low end deepness. Nothing too complex, but I love the flame thrower effect!! AHHAHAH! Any advice? I enjoyed all the posts and videos, really helps. Appreciate all input.
