I've been meaning to stop by that dealer and look at that car. Considering how rare it is, it might be my only chance to see one. Curious about how the color looks in person. Ever since you taught me about the 3 liveries, I've been somewhat intrigued by the Gonzales car. Not as a buyer but as a fan of rare stuff
I like the Gonzales car as well. I've seen it in person. But...it's way too much money in the first place and with, say, 5000 miles on it...it will become another red 599. Not that that is bad, but 350K will turn into 180-200K very quickly. But I'm sure someone, some day, will buy it.
The Singapore car on post #8 is very nice looking and it was made in much lower numbers than other HGTE's. I'm sure realistically that someday that will make a difference beyond just looks.
And you are user Venturi, who has also been (again) banned. You came here initially for the sole purpose of attacking Olczyk, but after embarrassing information about you was publicly revealed, you asked to be permanently banned. We complied. Now it looks as though you've returned under another pseudonym to attack Olczyk once again. You're adding nothing to this forum, so like Olczyk, you are not welcome back. The two of you can attempt to settle your issues elsewhere.
Amazing picture of the 599 HGTE 60 F1 "Fernando Alonso Edition": https://www.facebook.com/114978961922557/photos/pb.114978961922557.-2207520000.1427369692./787839881303125/?type=3&theater
Terry, thank you SO much! I would still like to see more pictures of the different colors, but I have a much better and clearer understanding of the three liveries now. Thank you.
Is there any F60 Alonso Edition on the market at the moment? The last one I found was offered in Europe for 320.000 EUR. That seems to be between the regular 599 Prices and the GTO Prices.
Also one up for auction at Brooklands Historics at the end of the month: Historics at Brooklands - Specialist Classic and Sports Car Auctioneers - REF 31 2012 Ferrari 599 GTB F1 Alonso Jonathan
Affirmative, two different shades of red, one from 1951 and one from 2011, 60 years apart, and both F1 colors. The only time a Ferrari F1 car had different colors than red was when Ferrari had a fight with Italy's racing organizers and they were in NART colors. That was a real insult from Enzo to the organizers.
i like the 60th alonso edition it really does look better in person.. as A point of reference in the spring there was one at Ferrari of palm beach for either 278 or 289 it is not there currently might call and see if it was a consignment that could still be available..It was very low mileage in excellent condition of course
I sold mine this last spring for $285,000 with 1,200 miles and mint. Of course, given my previous track record with Ferraris, I imagine the Alonso prices have since skyrocketed😳
Ferrari Of Central Florida. Still remember when I sold my F512M around 2005. Had US # 1. Sure glad I unloaded that depreciating asset😊
