    You know what is funny, I attended the track day at the Cavallino Classic all day on Friday, and was at the Concorso all day on Saturday, including the lunch. I looked for anyone who had any kind of FChat identifier (admittedly I had none) and saw nothing.

    I know several members said they would be here and even posted a pic of themselves, their spouse and their car (e.g. mtmilam), but I never saw them. I know they were there, but I guess I just missed them.

    I asked a couple people if they were on FChat and the responses were either "no" or I got blank stares like what the hell are you talking about. So meeting FChaters isn't as easy as you think. ;)

    I didn't ask for FChaters to join the owners forum, I just wanted to attach a face to a name.

    All the guys I have seen in the owners forum have gone through the process. Even the creation of the super secret garage thread it states who verified you. I have been in the owners thread for over 5 years now. Even in rural Oklahoma I managed to find 5 people to vouch for me....

    Nothing personal but no sympathy from me - just get out and be social with your car...

    The owners forum isnt likely to change rules for anyone...

    I live in Fairbanks, closest FChat gut lives in Anchorage, 380 miles one way. Maybe one day I'll get certified but not planning on driving 800 miles to do it. If any of you guys come to Fairbanks on business or vacation please let me know.

    Not planning to return any time soon. I was stationed at Eielson (1997-2000) and only saw one Ferrari while there and it was on a used car lot in Anchorage (86 Mondial Spider).

    Not many Ferrari's in my area either or if there are some, they don't get out much. I know I own my car so I really don't need verification. Everything I need from this forum I can get in the other sections.
