Picked up my first Ferrari today - 2011 458 Italia What a machine! I have owned all sorts of lovely cars but this is on a different level. Came out of a 2014 Maserati MC Stradale and a R8 GT before. One question I have is I can't work out how to make a call from the Bluetooth phone. It's paired and showed up. I can see my contacts on the phone but can't work out how to call one! I turn the large dial to select a name and assume you push the large control to select it but nothing happens. Am I missing something?! Here is a pic: Image Unavailable, Please Login
Interesting. I have owned a 458 Spider and am currently back into a R8 again. (had one years ago). What are your comparisons between the R8 and 458?

Difficult one to be descriptive on. I would say the 458 can feel a bit rawer and engaging but also very comfortable. To me it feels quicker as well but I have had a car between the R8 GT and 458. The 458 gearbox is a huge step on from the R-tronic in the GT. I loved my R8s have had 3 of them. I thought the GT was the best looking but preferred my v10 manual Spyder to drive. Both great cars!

That steering wheels looks like it's on the right side to me. My one also came with a steering wheel on the right of the car. 😜 Congratulations, it's a beauty.
