The FXX K Thread

Actually I was thinking of a Speciale type version of the LaFerrari where they add all the crazy scoops and swoops and racing technology of the FXX K and mold it into a street car.

Ferrari has the -take a street car, turn it into a race car, turn that into a street car- thing down pat. No reason not to apply it to the super cars. At least with the LaFerrari. I mean why not? It would result in another cool car, more money, increased demand, and it's relatively easy to do from a prod. dev. standpoint, etc.

Edit: Actually, it wouldn't be that easy to do because they would have to re-qualify for the EPA et al for those cool LED lights.

After seeing FXX-K many people have almost forgotten that road going LaFerrari is already being a limited edition "special" car .

Ferrari did awesome thing - making people jaw-dropping again after already astonishing LaFerrari.

I watched short video when he was driving this beast. When he pushed gas pedal his face expression remained the same. Its impressive how emotion-absent some guys can be. Incredible LOL

I'm sure even this car is slow compared to what he does as his day job.

all the modifications seem to improve the aggressiveness of the original car in a positive way, except the two winglets. they are just very silly looking imo. i know they are there for the sake of improving performance but i rather see them putting a fix spoiler on it.

my eyes keep directing my brain to exclude the two winglets and learn to appreciate the curves underneath it but they just can't be ignored..

 

Admittedly, I am sure that this is one of the reasons Vettel joined Ferrari...

So many new interesting toys to play with during office hours...

 

Come on! He had an amazing FX45 while at Redbull!
