Fair to say $20,000 pound increase. So looking at about 20% increase in asking price. Now the question is actual sale price to prior period?

Those are the correct seats for a 328, never mind I see you removed your question.

 

There are a lot of so-so 328 GTS's out there being offered for sale around $80,000. Is that the going price for a so-so 328 GTS?

And when I say so-so I mean missing stuff or issues in the service history that would give one pause.

I thought I might pass this ad along to someone looking for a lower mileage '89 328 GTS with records and recent belt service. At $79,500, it seems about $20,000 less than what other dealers are asking for. I'm not affiliated at all with the seller, just thought I'd pass the info along.

yep, and it sold in one hr. Just spoke to mike, I would have pulled the trigger.

 

If it sold that quickly, the price was too low!

 

This was the 2nd 328 Mike has sold in the past few months, both were sold immediately...welcome change.

 

Damn I should have called on this one....

I think Mike isn't as attuned to 308/328 prices as he is to the vintage stuff. I have a hunch that car will be marked up by $10K+ in the next week and back on the market.

Not I... I'm not a convex wheel guy. And white's not my favorite.

 

If that's the case, money was left on the table.

 

There was another white 89 in SoCal with about the same miles that sold in March of last year for 55k.

It might be the same car, I remember it because I just barely missed it and I freaked out, found another white one in AZ and sent the dude a deposit after one phone call.

 

Good. Keep the prices climbing. Selling my '86 GTS in May. Let's see them go up another $10K by then!

that was a bargain ! my 89's got 19 000 miles and I had similar offers but that's a December '88...LOL

 

I have no experience whatsoever with car sales in the USA, so pardon me if I'm wrong here, but if my understanding is correct (sorry, I'm French...) she is "back for more":
same car (same chassis #, same brown dash, etc...) but 125.000 U$ asked price now...that's a 50.000 U$ jump, isn't it?
