Interesting, thanks for posting.
My car, which was never used in the challenge series, does show up which is normal.
I count 98 cars in the list above.
Assuming the 107 number of cars produced is correct, that's 9 cars which either did other races than challenge or didn't race at all.

 

But this was the list in '97

There are '98 cars and some that raced earlier that will not be on this list.

So one from each year will perfect the list when put together!

Are those 98 cars unique SNs or allows for duplicates?

It'd be funny to find out that a bunch of much more cars are missing so the total production number is much higher.

For example my 104646 is not even on the list and it was an original factory '96 which (maybe?) was raced in the Euro challenge but maybe not...I have the records somewhere.
