Any interest in a Santa Clarita Cars-N-Coffee?

    Jonathan and all Santa Clarita Valley Ferrari owners or anyone else that wants to make the drive up - Any interest in setting up a monthly Cars-N-Coffee in Santa Clarita? I have a shopping center over on Via Princessa across from Costco in Canyon Country and we would be in favor of getting something going. We have both a bagel shop (Bagel Boyz) and a Mexican Restaurant (Ay Caramba!) that are open on weekend mornings and would be willing to help out with some sort of discounts on food & coffee to get things going. The parking lot can hold about 200 cars.

    Anyone have interest and is anyone willing to help get things organized? I'd like to pick a day that is not in conflict with any of the major Super Car Sunday events (meaning the first Sunday of the month is out) and not in conflict with the one in La Canada (first Saturday of the month) as it seems to be the other one on the northern end of the county and maybe we could get some cross over.

    How about the 2nd Saturday of the month? Would a start time of 8:00 - 10:00 or 9:00 - 11:00 be a good time? Its too early to get it going this month but maybe April 11th?

    Let's see if there is any interest from the local guys to support this. Could maybe organize a canyon drive afterwards as well.

    7 - 9 AM is a good time for these things so that you can get on with your day if need be. Kick it off with free coffee. Other than some trash cans available not much else you have to do. No harm in shooting for every Saturday either. Good luck.

    I agree. An 8:00 or later start time always works better fo me. I'm usually out later on a Friday or Saturday night and never understand why these things start so early. Why does Ferrari = Tired?

    If we want to get something started, I'd really like to hear from more of the Santa Clarita owners if this will be supported. I'm not really in the area but would be willing to drive up for at least the first few months to get something going but it really needs to be guys in the area wanting something to happen in their area.

    That sounds very interesting and fun. There are some really great canyon roads up there.

    8-10 will be splendid. I know that there are min 4 Italia owners and 2 F430 owners plus couple 360s here in SCV. Even if the first meet has 2-3 cars, for the sake of getting it started, let's get it on! We should also caravan to La canada c&c.
    Will even consider Sunday mornings. Thx.

    Are we good to go for April 11th at 8:00am? Address is 18500 Via Princessa, which is across the street from Costco and 24 hour Fitness. Ill bring at least 1 of my cars.
