Aside from the fact that it's one of the worst formatted/written ads I've ever seen.

Cons - Horrible wheels. Dodgy back story. "Unique" color scheme. Difficult to resell.

Pros - Cheap. Not much else really.

Pics usually make a car look better than it actually does in reality. Hell, look at all the ebay stories. Good thing you're actually going to inspect the car yourself. I bet you confirm my suspicion that the pics make it look better than it actually is.

    This is a little sketchy.

Yeah ok, it has a rebuilt title due to an insurance scam. Or maybe it was hit by a golf club. (OOPS, sorry, wrong thread.)

With so many good cars out there, why buy one with a story attached?

And the rest of his cars appear to be high mileage beaters.

    AND THIS CAR.

    Hmmmm . . . .

a few dozen $10K and under 150K mile cars, and this, a low mileage 430 with a shaky title.

Yup, I'd run in another direction. You might get one hell of a deal, or you might get a nasty ass POS car, which seems more likely?

Too much negative history for a car in this price range.

Bro , 100 k is a lot of cake for a car with these stories. Another 30 k probably buys you the right kind of car. Sounds "penny wise but pound foolish" . IMHO

This dealership is in Florida. Go figure. Holy crocodile sh%t Batman...
Check out these reviews (They are almost comical) No way in hell I'd even go look at that car:

Ripoff Report | Luxor Automotive Inc Complaint Review Tampa, Florida: 1141930

A couple Samples (there are many more like it) :

This was on of the worst interactions I have had with a sales person, EVER!! The add said " One of the nicest Devilles on the planet has just made its way to Luxor..." I then called and asked specific questions regarding any accidents and the cars condition and was assured it was perfect inside and out. I drive over and find they had completely misrepresented the cars condition both in the add and on the phone. There was a hole in the front bumper, dings/dents on several other surfaces, there were missing controls, and cigarette burns in carpet of the dirty interior as well as overspray in several areas from a cheap coverup paint attempt. I let the sales person know I don't appreciate being misled. He keeps pushing the sale, "Well boss what would you pay for it". I tell him I don't want to pay anything for it, it's a piece of crap. He then turns nasty, starts yelling, swearing, and posturing like his going to charge at me. The F bombs are now every other word. I get in my car to leave, he is circling like he's going to start beating my car. I was able to leave without incident but certainly felt as though I might need to run him down to get out of there. ARE YOU KIDDING!! This idiot acts like he's a prison yard bully instead of on a sales floor. This place is not safe.

Pros - You may well find the best deal in town here, but Caveat Emptor. Prices are close to wholesale average condition on many vehicles (Edmunds.com comparison). If that were all the considerations, would give them 5 stars.

Cons - Many vehicles have noted accidents, leases, or other problems. You have to get vehicle throughly checked by your mechanic before purchasing. The biggest negative is how difficult this dealer makes it to do this. They not only want a deposit, probably $500, but if they are not satisfied that the problems your mechanic finds is sufficient to cancel a sale, they will not refund the $500, but insist it be applied toward purchase of another one of their vehicles.
I checked out 4 vehicles on their lot. One wouldn't start. Another was a 2008 that their ad showed (and still shows as of the writing of this review) at 36,000 miles, very unusually low mileage for the year. Yet when I looked at car odometer showed less than 20,000 miles. When I asked salesperson about this, she said they sometimes 'overshoot' the milage on their ads. A very unsatisfactory answer. I don't know if odometer is broken (in which case they should remove milage info on ad) or if they are adjusting it at dealership, but very skeptical of anything they say about the cars.

    I wouldn't waste my time.
These cars are not rare. Just looked and 297 f430's currently for sale on Autotrader.
Buy a good one. It will be so much cheaper in the end. And your experience will be so much better. Buying a POS can sour the experience. Spend as much as you can to buy the best one you can.

or, if $100K is your top $$$, then spend $10K less and buy a really nice 360.

    2004 Ferrari 360 Spider , $89,950 - Cars.com

I am not saying this is a perfect car, but $90-100K should get you a really good 360 instead of a sketchy 430.
