New OC Cars and Coffee location?

    Decent turn out at Aliso today. Give it a few weeks(especially since all the Porsche folks are at an event this week end) and I think this location has the potential to be huge.

    Porsche guys are going to Enderle Saturday AM now as Auto Kennel has assumed organization for that location.(unlike The District where they didn't have permission and got kicked out) The Enderle owner is a car nut and has authorized the location providing no problems. They're trying to keep it classic, "European or classic domestic (pre-1980) examples. We hope that this can be a gathering of special cars." Good alternative spot for North OC peeps as Aliso is a tad far.

    It's looking like Aliso Viejo is open to all cars and Enderle they want to restrict it to pre-1980. **sniff, sniff** Regardless, both spots should be good OC alternatives depending on what you have and where located.

    Special cars only would be great. Perhaps they can park the pre-80 cars and post-80 cars in separate parts of the lot. Hate to exclude the F-chat folks with cool modern prancing horses...and most of those Porsche folks want to show their post 912 armor off.

    I wouldn't worry too much if you bring something post '80 especially an F-car etc. They're probably just trying to discourage a group of modern sport cars showing up in droves.

    Probably a good idea to promote it as being for the classic stuff, for that reason.

    Thanks for the info! I much prefer to take the 73 toll road over the freeway - less traffic/trucks/stress and that is right off the 73. Looks like there are two C&C options I need to check out Aliso Viejo and San Clemente :D

    Good turn out at Aliso, with folks rolling in from 645 to 730-no rush as there is tons of parking. The breakfast/coffee shop seemed a bit overwhelmed by extra folks though, they'll need to adjust the early Saturday mindset.

    Yes, spread the chicken love!

    Went to both shows this AM and Enderle is the hands down winner in terms of quality of cars, all kinds of interesting pre-80 classics, not just Porsche's. Probably a half dozen F-cars.(pretty good as it's still in the early stages) Granted I got to Aliso at about 8:00 AM so possibly better stuff could have already gone, but doubt it. All hail Enderle!

    I'm visiting Orange County and used to hit the Irvine Cars and Coffee when in town. I was surprised to hear it has shut down but was reading here that now there are a few new options.

    I wanted to get some opinions on whether I would be better off checking out the Aliso Viejo or the San Clemente C&C? Specifically would be looking to see Ferrari's and other Exotics, with any big stuff being a bonus (P1 or 918, etc).

    Please let me know any thoughts on what has become the best option along these lines?
