New 348 Owner and first Ferrari

After much research on here and finally finding a 348 that felt right to me, I finally pulled the trigger! Brought her home last Thursday!

Purchased the car from a F Chat member, stickinkuwait (http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/ferraris/475313-1990-348-ts.html)

He was very nice to meet and I'm glad I was able to purchase a 348 from someone who cared for it. The car needs a major but I fired her up a few times and everything is good to go.

I also met Richard for the first time at Competizione yesterday and needless to say I will be going there for services and anything else the car needs. Very impressed with the shop set up and it was nice Richard took some time to chat as I'm sure he has a busy schedule.

Only been able to fire her up as my plates from the state haven't arrived yet. But that Tubi exhaust and Hyperflow cats sound amazing! Can't wait to open her up to 8,000rpms

Hi Vince, great car to pick ! I have a similar 90 348ts and have had a lot of fun with it. These are simple and easy to maintain yourself with plenty of information here on F-Chat. I'm also due for an engine out service and plan to do it all myself next winter. It really pays to shop around for parts and get familiar with the "search" option on this site. LOL, nah I think he knows better. I told him he can drive it with me in it and he's not interested in case something breaks haha.
