    I'm in with RDS Automotive Group! We're expecting probably 4-5 cars, I can update again when we lock them down. McLaren Philadelphia will bring a 12C, Porsche/Maserati of The Main Line can bring a few cars as well, including some with good people space to get as many kids going as possible. We're looking forward to it!

    Good to hear Joe. For those that haven't participated before, this is a great experience for these kids. Looking forward to it. Just like last year, many of us will come right from Hershey to Wilmington.

    ANNOUNCEMENT

    To all that are volunteering to help with this event,

    Please arrive at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel (4727 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE) between about 4:30 and 4:45 pm,

    we will begin loading up the cars right around 5pm.

    From there, we will take the children directly to the Hospital, which is about 6 minutes away. The address of the hotel is 1600 Rockland Rd. Wilmington, Delaware.

    When you enter through the main gates of the hospital, make your first left into the Emergency Department parking lot. Then take your 1st left—it looks like it is just a parking lot, but at the end of the row there is a driveway. Follow the driveway around and take a left. The building ahead of you will say “Alfred I. duPont Institute”. There is a circular drive with parking on the sides. You will pull to the left to let the kids off, and someone will be there to guide you.

    At this point, we are expecting to do about two trips. If you would like to then park in the parking lot and walk over to cheer on the patients as they arrive, you are more than welcome to. Otherwise, unless anything changes dramatically with the number of patients, you can leave. There should be a large group of people, including mummers, and others who will be welcoming the patients as they walk into the building. ….

    Is this supposed to be suits and ties (or a prom dress for those so inclined), or are street clothes preferred? My tux with tails and top hat won't fit unless it's a top-down day.
