Service records, header replacement, history of repairs, leaks, how hold tires are, any after market components? Do you have a CPO warranty or is it just certified? If no on warranty, negotiating a years worth would be a great idea as long as it doesn't end up costing big $$$

That's a lot of miles............solid cars but I would stay away from any Ferrari with 7 digit mileage.

+1, +1, +1. At that mileage, they should have failed already and been changed or are going to fail soon. Check the service records.

Make sure any campaigns were completed. Make sure they put an up to date tire repair kit (the original will be expired), leather book for manuals, tool kit, flashlight, car cover and both keys. I would check under the front bumper for big scrapes and make sure all the stickies are in good shape, especially the ones on the dash. I would also take a look at the headliner and make sure it is solid, as those tend to fall before the 10 year point in a warm climate. Depending on how extensive the service records are, I would have them do a baseline service changing out all the fluids, etc. Fluid changes are the main maintenance needs up to this point.

Nothing to worry about it. Just make sure you put a lot of miles on the first year.

I just had a PPI done at Ferrari on a 6k mile 430 which still has original headers. They said they where perfect and did not need replacement? I'm not buying car from this dealer.

Because they won't change them proactively. So they are probably correct. The headers are okay and do not need replacing. Yet.

Actually the car is at Ferrari of LI, Pat said the car was the best he has ever seen and flawless. Should I be overly concerned about the headers? And what's the cost to replace when they go bad?

I wouldn't let that stop me from buying it at all. Depending on what year it is, the headers are warrantied for 8 years. If it's a CPO then you are covered for a year. Maybe you can negotiate them needing replacing in the price or just budget yourself about $6k for a set of Capristo or Fabspeed headers.
