You are correct this one was consigned Jan73 originally white although I think the engine compartment was originally black as 1/ this is later than your car which has a black engine compartment and 2/ the whole compartment should be body colour like Chelle's car.

    OK, now I get it..
I told the current owner about the documents, he forgot his FChat password, so I emailed him the photos. I think he would be interrested.

This what happens when any ole shop tries to lift an Urraco. Happened before I purchased it.
Jack it from the center jacking point and place your stands.

Do you guys have a better stand placement? The rear are stands are in the obvious place. The fronts are on angle from what may appear to be frame under floor.

Thanks. I have another 2 bay barn plus a larger one in the works. That one I plan to make a full blown shop with a lift and topless girlie posters.

  11. Your garage looks great. I like the idea of another for the projects.

my urraco was delivered in this color, in the 80ths the color was changed in switzerland into red.

  17. I was in Nashville over the weekend and had a chance to visit the Lane Car Museum. The Urraco is currently in the basement storage, not on display. For an extra $6 you can tour the basement. Tucked away in the back, I found it. They have about 420 cars, and rotate the display from time to time. Overall it's a nice car. Red/tan. They did have to rebuild the engine twice. The gaskets started leaking almost immediately after it was rebuilt the first time. I'm guessing it was the head gaskets.

I took a couple of phone pics, I'll try to post later.

thats eddins motors in the bay area. a lancia fulvia specialist who is also one of the few mechanics that know the urraco drivetrain intimately. he show me how the waterpumps were rebuilt at his shop.

he had an absolutely perfect brown P111 years ago for sale.

Yes, it was very nice to come across his waterpump page. So far, only a handful of shops that have experience rebuilding and setting up an Urraco motor.

Can we list the shops in the US that we KNOW rebuilt them.

I assume this place, Evans for starters.
