DIY for coolant flush?

    I'm not referring to the radiator plugs Carl, I'm talking about the rubber body plugs that hide the radiator plugs. There is about a 1" hole in the chassis that is fitted with a rubber plug that squeezes into it. I'm sure you know what I mean.

    I beat the heck out of one if them trying tk get it back in and got the other butcit wàsnt very elegant.

    did you try putting them in very hot water for awhile....that works for me on similar projects..they are much more pliable. not sure on this but just a thought

    Seen it as well, you might get away with mixing with one brand of green, but mixing Dexcool with greens is a gamble. I've seen it turn to such a Jello like formation, it will plug the heater core!
    Just not worth the gamble, do a good flush and all new coolant/water mix.
