Someone here posted a pic of his FF with the standard F12 wheels and tyres. That will work, but you need spacers. I can't remember in which thread, or who. I'll try to dig it out.
But the offset for the F12 rears is very deep. My guess is that you'll need to add a 15 mm spacer in the rear, seeing that the F12 rears have a 71.6mm offset and the FF rears have a 53.4mm offset. The fronts are only 2 mm deeper in the ET but wider, so I wouldn't do anything there.

OK, so I'm thinking of going with the F12 wheels on my 2012 FF. I have a few technical questions first.

    1. Tires are wider. Front goes from 245 to 255. Rear goes from 295 to 315. Any concerns about width?

    2. Tires on FF are currently Michelin Pilot Super Sport K1s. Wheels I'm looking at come with k2s. Do I care? Differences?

    3. I'm told I will need 15mm spacers on the rear wheels. Is this accurate and if so, where do I get them?

    4. Can I transfer over the TPMS sensors from my existing wheels? If not, then what?

As for the K1 vs. K2. Yes you care when replacing them in the future as you don't want to go with the 315 size in the K1 spec. The K1 315/35R20 was made to work with the 285/30R20 K1 on the 599GTO, and they came before the F12 tyres, hence the K1 name. Had the F12 tyres come first, they would bave been the K1, so there's no relation between the K1 of the FF tyres and the K1 of any other tyre. The K1 GTO rear tyres have a different tread width of 11.5" rear and a compound that is much more dry track oriented, and a tread depth of 7/32". The 315K2 tyres were made to work with the 255K2 tyre on the F12. They have a rear tread width of 11" and a "standard" MPSS compound suited for street and wet applications, and the tread depth is 10/32". So go with MPSS 255/35R20 K2 and 315/35R20 K2 rear if using that size. An alternative is to go with 265/35R20 in the front. That way you keep the front to rear difference the same as with the 245-295 difference. Be awaree that they will need an additional 1/4" on the in and outside to clear width wise, and they have a profile that 0.15" taller than the 255. The normal MPSS 265/35R20 has the same tread width(10.1"), depth(10/32") and compound as the 255/35R20K2 i.e, they are only larger in diameter and section width(27.3 vs. 27" and 10.7" vs. 10.3"). So if they fit on the car, they will work with the 315 K2 rears as well.
An alternative is to go with Pirelli PZero in 305/35R20 rear and 255/35R20 front.
