Mondial Pic of the Day Thread

Nick Oakes and T did an amazing detail job on my Mondial T. I highly recommend these guys. T is very knowledgable, detailed and knows these cars very well.

I upgraded the rims to 348 rims which in my opinion look really good on Mondial. Keeping original rims for the car shows.

Oh, aren't the 348 wheels going the wrong way Hank? Thought the knife blade was supposed to lead...

Nice car. They should have come from factory with those wheels. They are the best looking factory wheels for the Mondial in my opinion.

They are in the correct direction, flat is ahead in the rotation way. I learned from Hank

Nice to take her back to see her previous owner from time to time. Children's hospital prom drive was a great excuse. Joe's replacement for her is pretty nice too, I guess.

Yes, ex (long-term) 308 owner, husband and wife. They flew in yesterday and are road tripping about a 1000 miles northeast from here. Super nice couple too.

 

That's great, its a good way to get acquainted with a new car.

Thanks Mike and yes, trending slightly upwards and confirmed by Hagerty's updated valuation chart today.

I feel that the buyer did very well, great all around car at a really nice price.

Speaking of price, I had three buyers. The first who inquired bought it, and other than casually mentioning my intent, I never advertised or listed it anywhere.

 

Speaking of values, I inquired today on a T coupe and asking price is mid seventies.

 

Your coupe is indeed a beautiful car Wade I'm sure you are sad to see it go but at least you still have your 348 to play with.

 

Anticipatory Pricing? For a Class/Condition 1, needs nothing car I can see that soon. But not today.

Fcar dealer pricing.

 

Last night I cleaned the bugs off from the day's superb test drive. During the evening I went back to the garage to look at her probably about 5 times.

I love Mondials, always have and always will.

A one of 43 US Spec cars? If so, were you able to get the specifics (VIN, colors, mileage)?

 

... Because i don't trust a shop around here to remove my tire, im taking it there myself and watching them plug the nail
