    I am thinking of selling my 328 GTS and picking up a 360 Spider. Vehicle specs are as follows:

    * 1987 Ferrari 328 GTS
    * 49,000 miles.
    * Clean Carfax starting from 7/5/91 showing (4) owners.
    * Maintenance records from March 2008
    * Belt service performed March 2014
    * Rossa Corsa with black interior
    * All tools, books, roof cover behind seats etc.
    * Very clean, can provide pics. Need to get some good ones now that it's nice out.
    * Only known issues are, Power antenna works intermittently, clock inoperable.
    * I am sending the car to Algar for service and a full vehicle check in the next few weeks.

    * Based on what I have seen within this market, I feel the car is worth in mid $60k range. Comments welcome. Pics forthcoming if there is interest. I love the car and don't need to sell or give it away. I figure I'd put some feelers out there and see how far away from a 360 spider I am.

    I think your price is very aggressive in the current market.

    As someone mentioned earlier in another for-sale thread, you might want to hold off until the end of the month to see what the updated Hagerty values are.

    Sage advice. I saw a rusty & battered 308 GTS with high 60k miles sell at BJ, Palm Beach for $45k. I know that BJ is not the best indicator for Ferrari values but nevertheless....

    If it is a GTB , I would have interest in mid-60K ; are you the first owner of the car ? Can you share more background of the car ?

    I am not the first owner, the fourth according to car fax. I purchased this car last summer as I wanted an open top car ( I have a 550 maranello and a Maserati bora) for years. I think The car is beautiful and fun to drive but a little small for me as I am 6'4" tall. After seeing the values of these cars rise and 360 spiders level out, I thought I may look to sell and move to a larger, fully open top Ferrari for the collection. The purpose of this post is to receive feedback on the market. Ask prices for comps to this car are all over the place and certainly higher than the mid 60's. It's worth what it's worth, I could keep or sell, if someone out there wants a nice 328 for a number that makes sense to me to sell. Then let's make a deal.... If not, it stays I the garage with it's brethren.

    Additionally, regarding the all important service information:

    When I purchased the car last summer it had recently been fully serviced by an outside shop by the seller. I sent the records the seller provided to my regular service manager at Algar Ferrari in Philadelphia and he knew the car. They did a evaluation of the car earlier that year and he said it was solid. Because of this, I never performed any service in the last 10 months. The car is scheduled to go to Algar on 5/19 for a full service and evaluation of any needs. The car ran flawlessly during the months I used it.

    If it was a GTB, it would be a lot more than "mid- 60k.".

    IMHO .. I think at$60K you are a little light. There is an 89 for sale in this forum starting at $100K .. I know that 89's are premium but a $40K delta is a lot.

    Robbie,
    My,point exactly about the value. There are "ask" numbers all over the high spectrum on these cars now. I would be content with a fair price just under what the dealers are bringing.,

    If it was a GTB, he wouldn't have bought it. ;)

    Looks like a nice clean car that should go to another good home.

    Thanks Jon,

    I have a few inquiries but none too serious yet. If anyone wants any more info on the car, please let me know. Car is very clean and heading to Algar for service in about 2 weeks.
