Great trip to the Peak District. A beautiful wild area in the Midlands with moors, fells and endless handbuilt stone walls. Nice driving roads too, just be careful of tractors and sheep! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks Johan! I'ts been a delight these last 4 years of ownership! Love my 3.2 and she's only gotten better thru the years and everything works as it should. My other love, is my daily driver SMART 451! Everywhere I go, people look, smile, and take pictures... C H E E R S Image Unavailable, Please Login
She looks stunning Johan. Hope to meet again and see your new wonderful ride! Always fun to see you drive! I say lets have a Mondi meeting now that the number of Mondis is growing in the Benelux
Oh yeah, a Mond-invasion on a regular car meet. Sounds fun! Of course, a tour for and after it! 😉
After some work on my son's Mondial this past weekend I had the local inspector check out the exhaust system who then informed there are no other CATS installed on this vehicle. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Our mixed marque car club showed up as the star attractions at the annual St Pont de Mamet village festival in the Dordogne. I love being able to see and talk with owners from all different eras. There were some lovely older European cars including a 1924 Bugatti boat tail racer, as well as serious post war detroit iron represented by the yellow 48 Buick convertible in back and a 53 pontiac in front of the mustang. In addition to Dante, there was a blue Modena which you can see just over the top of my QV representing the fcars. It was a lovely sunny day. We were wined and dined and then applauded by a rather large crowd as our cars were presented one by one in the afternoon. Then it was a nice ride home through the countryside. Just another car day in france. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Carobu's 3.5-liter Mondial. Drove it for a few days and photographed it for an upcoming magazine feature. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hey zmayne, Could you throw up a few side angle shots of the Carobu Mondial? That car is bloody beautiful - and so is your photography. The painted bottom body sill gives the car a magnificent flow. With that approach, the mid mounted black bumpers fit perfectly. I love it - obviously - as with my Rachel, I gave her a singular body color. She's a "T", so we only had to deal with bottom pieces. Once again - best looking pre 96, that I've seen. Cheers, Hank
What minor details already can do! The combination with painted parts together with the rim makes it a very nice ride!
Love the alloy wheels ZMayne. I wish I get one from from Carobu but they're very expensive at $4000+ a set w/o tires. If I did not buy a new turntable last month I would have gotten them. Maybe next year. audio research
