I know it's a publicity shot but have always loved this pic.
The angle of the shot coupled with the Italian surroundings makes for a great image.
    Cheers!

As nice as that car looks, I don't think I would be able to drive it, I'm a righty ;) and it would require reprogramming of my lefty to be in synch with the gears.

    Thanks guy's.
That is still my favorite picture.
I took it after she placed first at Tutto Italiano which is the biggest show in these parts. My car was judged against other Mondials, 328's and Testorossa's and there were quite a few examples of each.

I love all of the photos in this thread. We are all so fortunate to have these amazing cars.

Toughest bit Mike is shifting with your left hand, and I still go to the left side of the car to get in sometimes ;-)

Just going by seat of the pants it seems to have a rather noticeably better bottom end. Still no big block chevy but better. What I notice the most I credit Nicks ignition for the smoothness it has now. Going from 2500 to 7500 is like a steady pull now. I still have a slight issue on cold starts. It fires and revs as it should then falls off and almost quits. It will do this a couple of times then smooth out and run as it should. Warm starts seem ok. You know every once in a while I get a wild hair and look at 348's and some 355's. Then I remember that I have literally done everything to my car that would ever need to be done myself. Other than the horn which I will figure out some day I have done everything. With the help of my F-chat buddies and folks like Birdman with instructional help the mondial, 308 and 328 can be serviced and maintained by even a hillbilly like me. And the most important thing to remember, a Ferrari is a Ferrari. They are just plain cool!

Was Washington closed the day you went? Where are all the people? Or maybe you were there at 5:30 am.

Fred, this was on New Years Day Jan 1 of this year. Gov closed, no one on the road, the weather was good and no snow so I went for a drive all over DC. :) I wouldn't dare do that now, the traffic is crazy not to mention people everywhere but at 6 am on a Sunday, it could be possible.

    Best,
    Mike

    Hey Mikey,

You should probably not include these photos when you send your resume to Adrian Newey.

You just love those (excited) headlight pods, don'tcha'? :):)

    You're the best, buddy !!!
