Problem for me is Bill Maher is not allowed on any TV that I own in any house that I own. Office too. So I hope that QV episode isn't the one with him in it.
Funny, I feel exactly the same way. When my septuagenerian in-laws come over I have to hide the remote so they don't reflexively put on Fox "News". Why voice opinions not relevant to 308s here? Nobody cares. Take it to P&R if you feel that strongly about it. Thanks. Warren.
It's a great series and I always hoped they'd get round to a 308. I really don't care much who's pairing with Seinfeld on it, he's a great host. Tommy, you can watch on your computer if your tv has a free speech ban
You can see in the clips that Steve Harvey is the Bel Air, Bill Maher is the VW bug, and Jim Carrey is the Countach. FWIW
I was hoping he'd get his hands on a 599 GTO to make up for that . . . (I have no idea who the guest should be.)
Me, too. I got hooked way before Magnum. Though have seen very few episodes so perhaps am judging prematurely. I was in college when that show started and watching television was the last thing we were doing on a Fri/Sat night (don't remember what night it was on). While home in the summer could not get CBS where I lived in the mountains.
they must have gone out of their way to get a non red car, so thats a good sign there wont be any Magnum jokes.
It's a white on red GTB QV. Wonder if it's this car :http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/308-328/457048-russo-steele-white-85-gtb.html
It appears to be the one that keeps popping up. The red dash and chrome cavalino on the grill match the description and as far as my research shows there are only 2 us QV white US model GTB's produced. The one that's been discussed here many times (1985) in the video and the one in my garage which is 1983 and not the questionable one. That being said the one(not mine) that has been scrutinized does appear to be a nice car regardless to its past history from what I have seen although I have never seen it in person.
