Reminds me of a good joke... A guy walks past a mental hospital surrounded by a tall wooden fence. He can hear cheering and clapping on the other side of the fence. They're chanting "13! ... 13! ... 13! ..." Curious about what was going on in the yard, the man finds a hole in the wooden fence where he can see into the yard. As he leans into the fence to have a good look through the hole, he suddenly gets poked in the eye with a stick. The residents erupt in cheers and applause, chanting "14! ... 14! ... 14! ..."
I don't disagree.. but a RR on Mississauga road is not a rare sight by any means. I wonder which "big big big fish" in Toronto will step up and vouch for Mr. Neck Beard.
The latest stall tactics, cut and pasted from the forex forum... LOL "Please do not contact Reza anymore about your missing money". ----------- "Hi I got a few strange emails from CTM after a long silence from CTM I finaly got this on May 14 from the CTM administrator. From CTM Can you kindly provide to us the EA that you are using for your trading, before we come to any conclusions we would like to see the Expert Adviser you have running, furthermore, please do not contact Mr. Reza Mokhtarian any longer, keep all communications through the admin channel as the company is in the process of being moved over to London, UK with the new owners. Please send us a copy of the EA you are using. Thank you. This was strange because I don't know how to use and EA . Does any one know who these new owners are they refuse to identify themselves. The next email was accusations. From CTM We have an issue with your account in the sense that we believe there is swap abuse and some arbitrage at play here. It is in our best judgement to proceed in closing your account and returning to you the initial deposit. We have had many cases lately of clients that we believe are maliciously trading, in our terms and conditions it specifically states that if a client is found guilty of breaking our terms and conditions his account will be closed and initial funds returned via same method of deposit. Furthermore, we have changed our structure as the company is now under new management and any trading we find that we believe will create long term issues within the firm we plan on stopping. Please let us know if your initial method of funding is still available to return your initial deposit to. I told Reza exactly how I would be using the account and did what I said I would. The third email came after I got a bit upset with them. on May 19 From CTM We are terminating your account and returning your original funds. Calling us thieves and saying we are stealing your money is unacceptable and we do not want any clients that speak this way to us, maybe you got away speaking to Reza this way but we do not tolerate this. We will be closing out your account tomorrow and sending your original funds back to your credit card. They never closed out my account I closed all my positions and all my money is sitting in the account and ewallet and yet they claim that they sent the funds. The 4th email came may 21. Your withdrawal will be returned to the original deposit method, keep in mind credit card withdrawals are NOT instant as they go through the credit card processor and they have to issue a refund. Thank you. I have still not got a dime back. Hope this adds to the discussion. Does anyone have any info on the new company."
Yes, that's what we questioned when Reza was still here defending that company. If I made an initial deposit of $10K, then through the ridiculous guaranteed rate of return (for illustrative purposes, assume they actually could generate that astronomical return) say my account balance was $100K after 1 year - there's NO way it would be acceptable for the CTM administrators to decide they didn't like my trades so they were going to close my account and give me $10K back. They keep the $90K, why? Of course, it's most likely that the scam was through the use of the simulation accounts and the illustrative extra $90K never existed. Hey Reza followers, how bout these latest developments?! Your hero has bailed on his company that was making him millions, left them in the lurch? Or got kicked out of the company? Come on, tell us how we're all so unfair to Reza now and how he's such a great man and we're all jealous! I miss the two dozen minions who were here a month ago...
But everywhere else seems to be @oceannsky, which has been mentioned here quite a lot anyway recently.
"Reza Mokhtarian" #2 Google, #1 is ForexPeaceArmy "oceansky" is name of several unrelated businesses, so his FChat name gets diluted. "oceannsky" isn't used much on FerrariChat and he has diluted himself having a profile at every social media site possible, haven't heard of 99% of them.
That's exactly why this thread ranking high while searching "oceannsky" is important I believe. Because that's how he's known in social sites, not by his name. Anyway the rank is climbing, just checked, it's at page 19 now. So when searching for it, go to page 19 and click back here so Google will understand it's a relevant result hopefully. With all due respect Skyler, insurance fraud to grand larceny is a stretch. Grand larceny to insurance fraud is not. Knowing what I know now about this Reza character, it wouldn't surprise me is he had scouted a mark for him to pull out in front of. I'm simply hypothesizing here, naturally, but I'm sure his mind has drawn some fairly elaborate contingencies these last few months...

Every once in a while The Toronto Star does investigations on fraudulent and scamming companies. Anyone who has suffered a loss due to Oceannsky Reza Mokhtarian should contact them. Maybe a few of us can help get the message across to The Star.
Yes, the Aventador is gone. Also heard the Ferrari and Rolls are gone. duh duh daaa Was looking at #Reza 's instagram account: He posted something like tired of the cars and thinking about a truck. Nice cover for your Minions Mr. #Oceannsky #REPO #KARMA
It's too bad Peter Silverman's "Silverman Helps" segment has gone off CityTV News. This would have made a great episode.
this was in the Canadian section....damn...just found it by chance..what a great "popcorn" read..just read the first ten pages and skipped to see how long it goes! did anyone else not find that the other "fans" of this scammer were just him with different user ids?
I see the minions as being one of two things; Reza himself (unlikely since the mods run IP searches), or people posting off a script provided by Reza. Each and every minion posted with the same tone and mannerism, so I think they were posting off a script. I, fairly confident nearly everyone knew where the posts were coming from. Mark
A few updates on the FOREX peace army sit. I may not completely understand the whole process, but this is what I do think: Basically these trader types like Reza just end up getting away with it. Not much anyone can do about it. He'll claim they invested poorly or broke rules, they'll claim he committed fraud. Only resolution is to sue, and most people would be out their money so they have no money to pay a lawyer to sue him. He changes names, reopens shop, cons more people.
