Exactly...now here is the thing, sorry for repeating myself but it takes two, if no one responded to (person X) through self control...they would eventually get bored and go away, or adapt their mannerisms for chat interaction... besides the fact it wouldn't do if we all agreed ..it'd be wrong anyway.
"I have watched multiple hours of video footage now and read extensively enough to form a reasoned opinion. Ian has yet to provide any reasons why "Hamilton is not fit to carry Stewart's jockstrap". All he does is whine and make baseless statements.
" SEE, this is where you are wrong, i don't know what you watched, but you still don't get much of it. The other day, in order to upset me, you showed a video of the Argentin G.p, in order to say Gilles was no big deal, that he was reckless and chashed a lot, etc, etc....In doing so, you just showed how little you knew about it and instead just proved how great Gilles was. 1-Did you knew that the asphalt was new and because of extreme heat was breaking, making cars to slip at many places of the track? Did you knew that drives considered to cancell the race because of that? Did you knew that Gilles was driving the worst chassis in Ferrari history? A car that in Jody's words "ate tires", did you knew that despite being the faster driver at the time (it's no my imagination, everyone else in the grid said the same) Gilles qualified 8º, 1,9 seconds adrift from pole (so we can safely assume his car was 2sec a lap slower than the best ones) and despite all of this, he is able to batle all the cars in front, overtake them, and in fact was driving in second, chasing Jones for the lead when he had an accident, not by his fault but because his suspension failed? No need to answer, i know ypou didn't...you see, this is the sort of things you could learn if you where interested to, so next time you wouldn't look bad when you are trying to prove something else, this is why many of us are here, to learn more about the sport we love, unfortunatly you don't wan't to know any of this (maybe because you saw a couple of old races and already know it all)....too bad for you, you could actually learn something from the rest of us and in this way have enough knowledge to have a proper discussion about f.1 in the future.
How's the weather shaping up in the Algarve .... my heads getting ready for some sun on it, it's crap here...
Very good, here in the north (no, the winter isn't coming) it's about 30º already, so it must be good down there....lovely days, lot's of birds singing, water running, seems like the f.1 section

+1 Still alarming to me the # of well meaning folk that respond to his crap. As I noted a long time back, 'many have tried to educate, but we've all failed'. I really don't care if he gets banned or not. He's on ignore and I'm not even tempted to 'peek' at his nonsense. I shouldn't say anymore. Cheers, Ian
Another gem of wisdom that'll stay in the lexicon for a while. "If Chris Amon were an undertaker, people would stop dying" is another gem propagated here. [Thanks to Mario saying it, and the Viz for quoting it I believe?] Cheers, Ian
