    Wilbers is offering a 10 percent discount -- $2500 - 10 percent? = $2250?

Koni rebuild will run about $900?

QA1s with all the parts will run about $1100?

I am wondering what advantage the extra $$ with Wibers will offer? I have a GTS so it is not a super stiff car anyway. I am getting the Saners Sway Bars and wanting to replace shocks at the same time since mine are ready.

Ride height -- may be nice to drop is slightly but i do not want rubbing etc. I am done with trying to get points at cars shows -- been there done that so now i want to get my handling upgraded.

Thoughts? I did do the searches and found good info but nothing really on Wilber other than it looks incredible.

In Holland some guys have Wilbers, are happy with them, don`t know how they compare to QA-1, the ones that have them I read no complaints from. As far as I heared the QA-1s are wearing more rapidly or breaking down when many trackhours are done with them, but I don`t know if that is true, compared to Wilbers.

I think teh Wilbers have more adjustment positions, but you have to be a good driver and have good feel of the car on the edge to need that, imho.

I changed to Wilbers last year. After a complete overhaul of the front end, incl all bushings(poly),wheel bearings, ball joints and tierods I decided to change the dampers as well because the car was a bit "bungy" on the road. The change was significant especially when driving hard through turns (we have a lot of turns in Norway ;-). It felt a bit too hard, but that could be because I changed all bushings as well. The Wilbers are adjustable and I will loosen them up a bit before the coming season...The Wilbers was very easy to install, the ones I got was pre set for the 308 and just bolt on. Since I have a GTS I also changed the rear anti-roll bar(uprated) which I bought from Superformance UK together with a new brake kit from HiSpec.
I think I paid about $2000 for the Wilbers...

The wilbers have adjustable spring seats so you can lower or raise the car easily

I believe you can specify to Wilbers on what you want when the order is placed. Also, they give you a spanner with the shocks so you can adjust it accordingly.

...mmmh interesting because they have mentionned to me that the height is not really adjustable .
If i want to have it lower i should order them lower from the factory .
And i have no idea how low i should order them ?
My car has still the original 14 xwx wheels and tire combo , but i've found a set of original 16" and i have no idea about the correct ride height .
I would like to have it lower and eventually have 10mm to 16mm spacers in the rear so that the stance is as it should have been .
    Thanks for your help ...
